Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, submit, link, or publish through the Service, including pet names, stories, profile photo, social links, and any other submitted content.

• You will not upload, submit, link, or publish illegal, abusive, pornographic, sexually explicit, exploitative, harmful, or otherwise prohibited content.
• You understand that infringing, unauthorized, illegal, prohibited, or otherwise inappropriate content may be removed.

After receiving a report, we may review the reported content and take action we consider appropriate under the circumstances. This may include removing content, disabling access to content, marking content for moderation, requesting more information, notifying the user who uploaded the content, restricting account features, or taking no action if we do not have enough information or do not find a violation.

We may act quickly where content appears clearly infringing, illegal, pornographic, sexually explicit, exploitative, harmful, or likely to create legal, operational, or user-safety risk.

• An explanation of why you believe the content was removed by mistake or why you have the rights to use it.
• Any supporting documentation or permission records, if available.

We may review the matter and, where appropriate, restore the content or request additional information. We are not required to restore content that violates our Terms, creates legal risk, or cannot be verified.

We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights, repeatedly upload unauthorized or prohibited content, or otherwise misuse the Service.

We may also reject reports that are incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, submitted in bad faith, or not supported by enough information for us to act.

If you are submitting a notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), your notice should include the information required by applicable law. DMCA safe-harbor rules may require a service provider to designate an agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and publish that agent’s contact details. We will update this Policy with designated-agent details if and when we make a formal DMCA agent designation.
