These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.pawprintsoffame.com and related PawPrints Of Fame services (the “Site” or “Service”), operated by Theta Pi Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, creating an account, purchasing stars, creating a pet profile, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Service.
• By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to accept these Terms.
• If you create a pet star profile, you must have the legal right to upload, submit, or link the pet-related content you provide.

• You are responsible for keeping your account login information secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.
• You must provide accurate account and checkout information and keep your email address current.
• We may require email confirmation, payment completion, or other verification before activating account features.
• We may lock, suspend, or restrict access to accounts for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or Terms violations.

• Post, upload, submit, or link content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, abusive, harassing, misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful.
• Post, upload, submit, or link pornographic, sexually explicit, exploitative, adult, or otherwise prohibited content.
• Post, upload, submit, or link content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
• Use our Site for spam, fraudulent, or misleading activities.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Site’s functionality or security.
• Attempt to manipulate views, rankings, availability, checkout, pricing, or other Service features.
• Use automated scripts, bots, scraping tools, or other abusive methods without our written permission.
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

PawPrints Of Fame sells digital star credits that allow you to create pet star profiles on Paw Prints of Fame. Each purchased star credit can be used to create one pet star profile, subject to these Terms and the features available at the time of use.

• All purchases are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or auto-renewals.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or process full payment card details on our servers.
• Prices, currencies, taxes, and available payment methods may vary by location, checkout configuration, or Stripe availability.
• Purchased star credits are added to your account after successful payment processing.
• Stars are subject to overall availability. PawPrints Of Fame is limited to the total number of stars made available through the Service.
• Star credits and pet star profiles are digital products/services. They do not represent ownership in Theta Pi Ltd, the Site, any domain name, or any physical item.
• Unless we state otherwise in writing, stars may not be resold, transferred, assigned, or used for commercial resale outside the Service.

All purchases are generally final. Refunds are only provided where required by law or where we determine there was a billing, checkout, or payment error.

Because star credits and pet star profiles are digital products/services, purchases are generally final once payment is completed and the digital service is made available, except where a refund, cancellation, or withdrawal right is required by applicable law.

If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer rights, those rights are not limited by these Terms. Where applicable law gives you a right to cancel or withdraw from a digital content or digital service purchase, we will honor that right unless you have validly requested immediate performance and acknowledged that doing so may affect your cancellation or withdrawal rights, or unless another legal exception applies.

All content on our Site (except user-generated content) is the property of Theta Pi Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our content without prior written permission from us.

• You own or have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to use and share the content.
• The content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
• The content is not illegal, abusive, pornographic, sexually explicit, exploitative, harmful, or otherwise prohibited.
• You will not upload or submit copyrighted music, TV clips, movie clips, stock media, celebrity content, third-party photos, third-party videos, or any other copyrighted or third-party media unless you own it or have permission to use it.
• You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content you provide.

You retain ownership of your user-generated content. By submitting content to the Service, you grant Theta Pi Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, resize, format, distribute, and otherwise use that content as necessary to operate, provide, secure, improve, and promote the Service.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, remove, or disable access to any user-generated content that violates these Terms, infringes on intellectual property rights, or is otherwise objectionable in our sole discretion. If we receive a valid copyright or content complaint, we may remove or disable access to the disputed content. Pet star pages are public by design. Anyone with access to the Site or the star link may be able to view a published star page and its visible content.

View counts, rankings, badges, featured placements, search results, and similar features are provided for product experience and may change over time. We may filter, deduplicate, adjust, remove, or exclude views or activity that appear artificial, abusive, automated, fraudulent, duplicated, or technically invalid. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, visibility, number of views, traffic, audience, promotion, or placement.

• Violating these Terms.
• Posting illegal, abusive, pornographic, sexually explicit, exploitative, harmful, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Uploading or submitting infringing, copyrighted, unauthorized, or third-party media.
• Engaging in fraud, spam, harassment, abuse, automated activity, view manipulation, or other disruptive behavior.
• Creating risk for the Site, our users, our payment processors, our service providers, or Theta Pi Ltd.
• Complying with legal obligations, court orders, regulator requests, or credible rights-holder complaints.

We may also delete abandoned, inactive, unpaid, or unconfirmed accounts in accordance with our Privacy Policy and operational cleanup rules.

If we suspend or terminate your account because you violate these Terms, you may lose access to your account, star credits, pet star profiles, or other Service features, and we are not required to provide a refund, except where required by applicable law.

Your use of the Site is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we provide the Site and all content on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be secure, available at all times, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

We do not guarantee that any pet profile, star page, ranking, view count, link, image, feature, or checkout integration will remain available, unchanged, or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Theta Pi Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

We are not responsible for user-generated content, third-party websites, payment processor issues, service interruptions, cyber attacks, data loss, or disruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid (if any) to us for the purchase directly giving rise to the claim, or the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is lower, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

• Your access to or use of the Site.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights.
• Your uploaded, submitted, linked, or published content.
• Your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Nicosia, Cyprus, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on our Site. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Theta Pi Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or permanently discontinue the Site or any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We make no guarantee of continued availability or access to the Site.

By purchasing a star, you acknowledge that you are receiving a digital product/service as it exists at the time of purchase. We are not obligated to maintain the Site, any individual feature, any ranking system, or the digital product/service in perpetuity.

If the Site is permanently discontinued, you will not be entitled to a refund, compensation, or any other remedy, except where required by applicable law, regardless of when you purchased access.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Theta Pi Ltd concerning your use of the Service.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
